Vinicio Brigante

Associate Professor of Administrative and Public Law

Vinicio Brigante is Associate Professor (professore aggregato) of Administrative and Public Law at the Department of Law, University of Naples “Federico II.” He holds a PhD in Economic Law (specialization in administrative law) from the same institution. Since 2023 he has taught Administrative Law for Urban Planning and Cultural Heritage (in English) at Federico II’s Department of Architecture, alongside courses in administrative law, infrastructure law, and public procurement litigation across several Italian universities, including the European University of Rome and the University of Pisa. He has held teaching appointments in numerous postgraduate master’s programs on public administration, digital administration, and public contracts, and has been a visiting scholar at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Kōbe University, the Universidad de la República (Uruguay), and the Financial University under the Russian Government. He serves on the editorial boards of several Class-A Italian law journals, including Nuove Autonomie and the Italian Journal of Public Law, and participates in national and international research projects (PRIN) on public law and local government finance.
