Timon Šuc is a healthcare and digital transformation professional with extensive experience in business process optimisation, digital innovation, and strategic development within the Slovenian healthcare system. At the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia (ZZZS), he contributes to key initiatives focused on digital health, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and organisational transformation. His work bridges business and technology perspectives, supporting the modernisation of healthcare services and administrative processes. Timon has led and participated in projects involving process redesign, waiting list management, business intelligence, and the adoption of emerging technologies in the public sector. He collaborates closely with executive leadership, healthcare providers, government institutions, and other stakeholders. Timon holds a Master’s degree in Business and Organisation from the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business, where he graduated among the top 2% of his generation and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honour society. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organisation and Management of Information Systems from the University of Maribor.
