Qualified to practice law (2023). He holds a Master’s degree in Law (2020) and in Public Administration Sciences (2023) from the University of Naples Federico II.
Subsequently, he completed Level II Master’s programs in “Administrative Law” and “Management, Governance, and Executive Performance in Public Administration.”
Since 2024, he has served as a public official handling contracts, public procurement, and tenders.
Currently, he has served as an expert consultant at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (Department for Family Policies and 2009 Earthquake Mission Structure) focusing on the reporting and monitoring of public funds and the implementation of PNRR and PNC initiatives.
He is an academic collaborator in Administrative Law at the University of Naples Federico II and Link Campus University. He was a research fellow at the university and an author of scientific articles.
