Economist specialising in Organisational and Management Systems, Executive Temporary Manager and ISIPM-Maturitas® Assessor, Innovation Manager (UNI 11814) and Change Manager (PROSCI®). Management consultant specialising in organisational design and governance for SMEs and the public sector, with twenty years’ experience in complex multinational contexts (Pfizer, Sanofi Pasteur MSD). An expert in designing Appropriate Organisational and Administrative Structures (pursuant to Article 2086 of the Italian Civil Code) as a means of enhancing efficiency and business continuity, and in the structural reorganisation of local authorities in line with the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023), with a focus on strengthening the managerial role of the RUP and improving the body’s skills, processes and organisation through various organisational and management disciplines, including Project Management. He is a contract lecturer at the University of Perugia, where he teaches Organisation and Corporate Security, and coordinates a working group dedicated to Innovation & Change Management. He is an active member of ISIPM, AIIM, ASSOChange, ANPEI and ASSORUP.
