Lawyer, PhD “Doctor Europaeus” in Administrative Law, specialised in Administration and Project Financing | University of Naples Federico II

Italy

I graduated in Law from the University of Naples Federico II with a dissertation in the field of administrative law on unjust enrichment and undue payments by the public administration, and subsequently undertook postgraduate research at the same department in ‘Administration and Project Financing’ with a dissertation on authority and consent in equalisation-based urbanisation;
in the meantime, I obtained my professional qualification to practise at the Naples Bar and have been practising law to this day, for over twenty years, before the ordinary and administrative courts in matters relating to undue payments by local authorities and the associated litigation for compensation for damages; as well as in the field of concessions and tenders for public works and services. My familiarity with the issues of simplification and the digitalisation of administrative systems stems from my involvement in a project carried out for Formez as part of the extensive programme of initiatives aimed at developing the institutional capacity of the Campania Region. For the past two decades, I have maintained a valuable collaboration with the Chair of Administrative Law at the University of Naples Federico II.
