Daniele Ricciardi

International Expert on Public Procurement

Lawyer, trainer and expert consultant in public procurement, anti-corruption and innovation in the public sector, Daniele Ricciardi is the founder and President of ASSORUP.

He has been working in the field of public procurement since 2002, supporting central and local government bodies in the planning, awarding and execution of public contracts, in the preparation of tender documentation and in the development of organisational models geared towards efficiency, transparency and the professional development of contracting authorities.

He has gained significant international experience through projects promoted by the European Commission, the World Bank and the OSCE, contributing to technical assistance, institutional cooperation and capacity-building for public administrations in the field of public procurement.

He delivers lectures and training at government departments, public bodies, universities and specialist courses.

He is the author of publications and articles on public procurement contracts and regularly speaks at conferences, seminars and national and European events. Through ASSORUP, he promotes the professional recognition of Public Procurement Officers (RUPs), the enhancement of their skills and the creation of a network for dialogue between administrations, professionals, universities and institutions.
