Dr. sc. ETH Ivan Tomka is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Blacklight Analytics AG, a Swiss health analytics company (founded 2023) that leverages advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to detect billing irregularities, identify inefficiencies, and recover unjustified healthcare expenditures. Blacklight supports health insurers, public institutions and health providers with data-driven insights, software solutions, and strategic advisory services to improve transparency, ensure compliance, and optimize healthcare spending and treatment quality.

He holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from ETH Zurich and brings more than ten years of professional experience from one of Switzerland’s leading health insurers.

Ivan Tomka combines extensive industry expertise with strong capabilities in data science and predictive analytics. He is recognized as a pragmatic problem solver who bridges the gap between business, data, and technology.
