Claudio Galtieri

Professor of Public Contract Law, ASSORUP TSC Coordinator

Honorary President and former Attorney General of the Court of Auditors, a post he held from 2016 to 2017. During his career, he also served as President of the First Central Appeals Section and of the Judicial Section for Lombardy.

An expert in public accounting, administrative liability and public procurement law, he is the author of numerous specialist books and articles. For decades, he has been involved in teaching and training at universities, training colleges, public administrations and National Health Service bodies.

He is a lecturer in Public Procurement Law at SPISA, part of the University of Bologna, and regularly speaks at courses, seminars and conferences on public procurement law.

Since 2025, he has been Chair of the Technical and Scientific Committee of ASSORUP, where he coordinates research, study and the development of training programmes aimed at Sole Project Managers and professionals in the sector.
