Lawyer (2018) specializing in Administrative Law (2025). He holds a Master’s degree in Law (2015, cum laude), a postgraduate specialization in Local Government Administration and Finance (2016), and a PhD in Administrative Law with the Doctor Europaeus label (2020, cum laude). During his PhD, he was awarded an eigth-month research fellowship at Leiden University (2019). He subsequently specialized in Legal Professions (2021, cum laude). He is currently in his fifth year of a postdoctoral research fellowship in Administrative Law. At the University of Naples Federico II, he has held various teaching positions (currently serving as Adjunct Professor of Fundamentals of Building and Urban Planning Law and Urban Anthropology). His main areas of expertise are urban planning, building law, environmental law and public procurement. He is the author of several publications, including on public-private partnerships, and has lectured in PhD and master’s programs and participated in conferences in Italy and abroad
