Tomislav Maksimovski, is legal officer and procurement specialist with 17 years of experience, is titled to law faculty degree, admission to bar association, public procurement certification and trainings, with experience both public and private enterprise procurement and education.

     For 15 (fifteen) years is experimenting with public procurement legal system and developing methods and practices for multiple benefits and goals achievements thru the everyday ordinary procurement.

     In this moment as owner and Head of legal of DEPT ENGENEERING LLC Skopje, is performing and provide consultancy for the public procurement system and specific tender procedures worldwide, mostly by creating operative plans and performance for theoretical thesis and legal normative acts.
