Italian qualified lawyer with over ten years of professional experience in civil, commercial and administrative law, with a particular focus on public procurement, international contracts and contracts negotiations.

She is currently of Counsel at ESNA SOA S.p.A., where she provides legal support on complex regulatory and contractual matters, qualification procedures, administrative issues and relations with relevant authorities. 

Throughout her career, she has gained significant experience in both Italian and international contractual matters, advising companies on commercial agreements, tenders and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Procedure and has further specialised in English law and legal English through advanced postgraduate training at the London School. 

Her professional background combines Italian administrative law expertise with an international and European perspective and she has also developed specific expertise in European and international legal issues, with a focus on the interaction between national legislation and the European regulatory framework.
