The professionalisation of procurement is moving forward at the pace of the upcoming 2026 Directive, and the window of opportunity is now. At the press conference, we will welcome representatives of the European Parliament and EU institutions involved in drafting the new directives, as well as key stakeholders from the sector. More details will follow in the coming days.

Your contribution is extremely important.

The success of this initiative depends on the active involvement of organisations and professionals who believe in the value of a European community of public procurement managers. Every perspective shared helps us shape a stronger, more representative network.

By completing the registration form, you will help us gather your organisation’s views—whether you are a public buyers’ association or a community of procurement experts—on the pillars needed to build the European network.

The momentum is strong, the community is growing, and the path toward a European framework for professionalisation is clearer than ever. We look forward to continuing this journey together.

Next step: 6 May, 16:00, European Parliament — the moment when the first milestone of our European project will be officially completed with the presentation of the EUPPM Report. Those wishing to attend in person may register. Seats are limited, and we are currently assessing the possibility of providing live streaming to ensure broader participation. The meeting will conclude in the evening in Bruxelles with a networking session, open to representatives of communities and organisations who are genuinely committed—both in passion and expertise—to building the European network of public procurement professionals. This is the moment to act. We cannot afford to lose time
