The Early Bird registration deadline for the EUPPM Conference 2026, taking place in Naples in October from 15th to 17th , has been extended until August 31th, 2026.
The decision follows the requests received from numerous public administrations, institutions and organisations across Europe, which highlighted the time required to complete internal administrative procedures, obtain authorisations and finalise travel arrangements for participation in an international event.
The extension reflects the organisers’ commitment to ensuring that procurement professionals have sufficient time to complete these procedures while continuing to benefit from the reduced participation fee.
The EUPPM Conference will bring together public buyers, policymakers, academics, practitioners and economic operators to discuss the future of public procurement in Europe. Over three days, participants will contribute to high-level plenary sessions, thematic workshops and the development of a European Position Paper on the future evolution of the European procurement framework.
The conference also represents a key milestone in the development of the European Union Public Procurement Manager (EUPPM) Network, a growing community of professionals committed to promoting knowledge sharing, professionalisation and collaboration across Europe under the common vision of “Procurement for People.”
Participants wishing to take advantage of the Early Bird rate can now register until 31 August 2026 through the official conference website.
Conference dates: 15–17 October 2026
